Since joining Roskam in 2017, Esteban has led the successful execution of over $300 million in growth capital projects, from facility expansions to full greenfield developments, through strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic vendor partnerships. As a lean-driven, creative problem-solver, he has also delivered significant productivity, safety, and quality improvements, positioning the company for long-term success. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Strategic Planning and certifications in Scrum and PRINCE2.
