Randy has spent his career helping process manufacturers use ERP systems more effectively in real production environments. He holds a BS in Finance & Computer Science from the University of AR and is a CPA, with early experience in public accounting and systems consulting.

In 2001, Randy co-founded Vicinity after working with batch and process manufacturers whose needs were not fully met by traditional ERP systems. He works with operations, quality, and IT teams to align technology with plant-floor and back-office processes, focusing on improving traceability, compliance, and efficiency.
