With over 22 years of comprehensive experience, Pat West has honed his expertise in both plant-based roles at large manufacturing facilities and in corporate engineering, leading enterprise programs at Conagra Brands and Cargill. His career began as an engineer trainee and evolved to encompass all aspects of utilities management, including regulatory compliance with EPA and OSHA, and the development of maintenance professional programs. Pat has excelled in planning, scheduling, predictive and preventive maintenance, capital management, and project management.
 
During his tenure, he has served as an operations manager, successfully implementing continuous improvement (CI) programs. Notably, Pat has delivered two major projects exceeding $100 million in capital and managed an average annual capital expenditure of $90 million for Conagra’s Grocery & Frozen platforms over a span of 5-6 years. He has also been pivotal in supporting Conagra’s digital transformation through the Connected Shop Floor initiative and leading sustainability technology integrations within facilities.
 
Pat’s international experience includes direct work in Europe, Mexico, Canada, and Central America, where he has applied his skills to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. His leadership and strategic vision continue to contribute significantly to the success and growth of Conagra Brands.
