She began her career in food, chemical, and industrial manufacturing with companies including Cargill, Hawkins, Dawn Foods, and Ice-O-Matic, holding leadership roles across operations management, procurement, and planning. At Redzone, Katie partnered closely with frontline teams and senior leaders to drive operational improvement in operational and commercial roles .
