Bill Adams is a recognized expert dedicated to advancing food safety and quality in industrial food processing. With extensive operational experience across the beef, pork, poultry, and ready-to-eat sectors, Bill brings a hands-on understanding of plant realities.

Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles, including Plant Manager and Director of Quality, and has been at the forefront of implementing HACCP, GFSI, and FSMA standards. In his current role at Airgas, Bill is instrumental in pioneering hygienic equipment design and advanced cryogenic applications that provide critical temperature and pathogen control.

A named inventor on two patents for the sanitary AG1 nozzle design and development, he holds an AAS, B.S., M.S., and a Ph.D. in Animal and Food Science from Texas A&M University.
