Beth McGee serves as Veritiv’s Director of Food Solutions, leading a team Food Packaging Specialists who provide technical packaging support for food manufacturers. She is a Food Scientist by training and received her B.S. in Food Science at Clemson and M.S. in Food Science at the University of Tennessee. She has made significant contributions across various areas of the food manufacturing and food packaging industries and has developed deep expertise in food packaging formulations to meet customer performance, safety and shelf-life requirements. Throughout her career, she has led diverse teams spanning technical sales, equipment service, manufacturing, and category management.
